If you paid for a Product but decided to cancel the order before the end of that Shipping cycle. In this case, shipment cost would be reduced and you need to cancel the order before shipment starts. If you are canceling your order after shipment, you need to pay the shipping charges,


Wrong Quantity Delivered


If you have received a wrong quantity than what you have ordered, in case, the product is of lower value than the one you had ordered, For the balance amount, you can order other products or it will be refunded directly to your bank account. Notify us upon receiving to get the Product changed to your order in the WhatsApp no. +919494515252 within 15 minutes. If it is possible the delivery executive will deliver you the correct quantity. No Exchange will be done if the Product is Damaged


Returns


Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also do not accept products that are opened or used. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Free local delivery is available for orders over Rs,500 within our coverage area. For orders under Rs,500, we charge Rs,40 for local delivery. Deliveries are made from Morning 09 AM to Evening 06 PM on 7 days/week . We will contact you via call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival or it will be updated in your Order account.


In-store pickup


You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Local Store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are [store hours] on [available days of the week]. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.


How do I check the status of my order?


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us and additionally you can check the order fulfillment status in your order account. you can use it to check its status. If the order is shipped through our courier partner, Tracking id & LInk will be updated in the Order Bill for you.
